On November 28, 2023, in Alexandria, the Arabic Republic of Egypt, the Chairman of the Gulf Research Center, Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, and the Director of the Library of Alexandria Dr. Ahmed Zayed, signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the fields of research, studies, and publishing, as well as the establishment of an Association for Think Tank and Study Centers in the Arab World in the Library of Alexandria.
On November 28, 2023, in Alexandria, the Arabic Republic of Egypt, the Chairman of the Gulf Research Center, Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, and the Director of the Library of Alexandria Dr. Ahmed Zayed, signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the fields of research, studies, and publishing, as well as the establishment of an Association for Think Tank and Study Centers in the Arab World in the Library of Alexandria.
This will set the stage for annual meetings between Arab centers to exchange opinions and ideas as well as discuss matters of importance to the Arab world.
The Gulf Research Center (GRC) & the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP) just concluded the ‘Global Security’ module for the Global Leadership Program, which took place from November 13 to 17, 2023, at the GCSP in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Gulf Research Center (GRC) & the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP) just concluded the ‘Global Security’ module for the Global Leadership Program, which took place from November 13 to 17, 2023, at the GCSP in Geneva, Switzerland.
The global security module focused on topics such as the Evolving Nature of Security – Human Security; Transnational Challenges in the 21 Century; Violent non-state actors & Extremism; Organized Crime; Crisis Management; Regional, Security Arrangements; Maritime Security; The Future of Warfare, and Energy Security.
We wish all the participants safe travels on their journey back home - and we look forward to our third and final module on ‘Global Economics’.
