As part of the activities for day 2 of the Gulf In-Depth Executive Learning Program, Prof. Saleh AlKhathlan, Senior Advisor at the Gulf Research Center, led the first session on “The Gulf in a New World Order.” He discussed the shifts in global power dynamics, the rise of new economic and political blocs, and the implications of these changes for the Gulf region.
