A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Arab Planning Institute and the Gulf Research Center in the context of enhancing coordination between them and based on the desire to cooperate in various areas of common interest that support development efforts in the Arab countries in general and the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in particular.
