Job Title: Junior Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Innovation Specialist, among qualified candidates who are either Saudi Nationals, or Expatriates with a valid residency Visa currently residing in KSA. The successful candidate will join an highly qualified team of international consultants working on a governmental project to set-up, launch and operate a governmental non-profit incubator. The project involves providing management consultancy services to top executives of government entities. Key Responsibilities:

1- Management consultancy support for innovation:

  • Assist in identifying and recruiting high-potential startups for the incubator.
  • Provide support to innovative initiatives in developing their business models, strategies, and plans.
  • Assist mentorship sessions, workshops, and training programs for incubator participants.

2- Project Management:

  • Help manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of services and incubator activities.
  • Monitor and track the progress of innovative initiatives, providing regular updates to the team consultants.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, such as pitch competitions, networking sessions, and demo days.

3- Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct literature reviews to gather background information on research topics.
  • Assist with developing research methodologies, like surveys, interviews, or focus groups.
  • Participate in data collection activities, such as administering surveys, conducting interviews, or collecting data from online sources.
  • Organize and maintain research data using spreadsheets or databases.

4- Communication and Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials to promote the incubator and its programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in consultancy roles, innovation, startups, non-profit organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Strategic Leadership:

4- Research and Analysis:

  • Realize strategic analysis and executive documents.

This role involves overseeing consulting projects, guiding team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality strategic advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of management consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage multiple consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
