Among the initiatives of the Gulf Research Center is The GCC-Latin America Research Program on the relations between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and Latin American countries, aimed at fostering a deeper understanding between the two regions and enhancing partnerships with research centers and official channels.

HE Dr. Thomas Bagger, State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany @GermanyDiplo 🇩🇪, visited the Gulf Research Center (GRC) office in Riyadh, along with his accompanying colleagues and HE Michael Kindsgrab, Ambassador of Germany to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia @GermanyinKSA . The meeting was also held with senior experts and intellectuals from Saudi Arabia and discussed the ongoing regional developments and ways to understand both German and Saudi foreign policy.

Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, Chairman of the Gulf Research Center, received a group of visiting students to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Center's headquarters in Riyadh on January 16, 2024. This visit is part of the Kingdom's Gateway Program, which is being implemented by the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies. The program aims to offer a glimpse of Saudi culture and society to visiting students from prestigious universities from around the world, as well as influential figures in social media from outside the Kingdom.

The Chairman of the Gulf Research Center, Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, received His Excellency Mr. Javier Solana, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain, former Secretary-General of NATO, former High Representative for the European Union, and former Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, at the Center's headquarters in Riyadh
