Abstract Submission Guidelines & Selection
All abstract applications to participate as a paper presenter must be received by February 24th, 2024. The selection is exclusively made by the directors of each workshop. Their decisions of acceptance or not will be transmitted to the applicants by early March 2024. All selected candidates must confirm their participation within 10 days of receiving the acceptance of their application. Submission of an application and subsequent paper signifies that the participant agrees to the Intellectual Property Guidelines .
